How to Send a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Anyone who reaches out to Aadiyi Garage Doors should be treated fairly and honestly. If that did not happen for you, please tell us. This page shows how to make a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You can contact us about:
- How Aadiyi Garage Doors handled your call or message
- How we dealt with your personal information
- Anything on the site that looks unclear or wrong
- How a provider we connected you with behaved
If the Problem Is a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one handles its own quotes, prices, workmanship and customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your garage door, start by contacting the provider directly. Keep written notes of what was said.
Please tell us too. Feedback helps keep the network honest, and a provider who keeps falling short may be removed. Aadiyi Garage Doors cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.
How to Send Your Complaint
Email contact@aadiyi.living and include:
- Your name and contact details
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number or form you used, if you know it
- The provider's name, if you have it
- What happened, and what result you would like
What Happens Next
We will confirm by email that we got your message, usually within a few business days. Then we will review it. That may include contacting the provider. We will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask for a second review. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or the Better Business Bureau. If the provider is licensed, your state licensing board may be able to help.
